1. Scope of application

The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Evgenia Fokin.

By placing the products in the online shop, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you click the order button to accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German and English

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible over the Internet.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.

We only deliver by post. It is possible to collect the goods yourself. We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Prepayment
If you choose the prepayment method, we will give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

PayPal
If you have chosen the PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg („PayPal“) payment method , in order to be able to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or first register and legitimize with your access data. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order. You’ll get more information during the ordering process.

Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Schweden („Klarna“) we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stipulated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information is provided with the respective payment option and in the order process.

Klarna Credit Card
You enter your credit card details in the order process. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after placing the order. An address and creditworthiness check does not take place.

Klarna Bank debit entry
You grant Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). The account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched.

Financing through Klarna
With Klarna’s financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least € 6.95).

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

9. Liability

We are always unrestrictedly liable for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents:

  • in the event of injury to life, body or health,
  • in the event of willful or grossly negligent breach of duty,
  • in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
  • as far as the scope of the product liability law is opened.

11. Youth protection

If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age by using a reliable procedure including a personal identity and age check. The delivery person will only hand over the goods after the age check has been carried out and only to the customer in person.
